Week 1 : July 15-21

- Welcome day and presentation of the program by the responsible: Paul Martin
- Business Game : develop your transversal vision of a company
- Soft skills identification and self-diagnosis
- Management classes: become a top manager!
- Week-end : outdoor activities and relaxation under the sun in the south of France!

Week 2 : July 22-26

- Work on real business projects
- Coaching one-on-one
- Pitch & presentation to recruiters of major international groups

Show your skills to worldwide hiring companies

Through a direct contact in action with their representative.

Results expected from World Career Orientation Campus

Each participant will receive a synthetic perceived profile with the best employment opportunities to try.

Each partner company will receive profiles fitting with their needs and will have opportunities to organize direct meetings.

Group working progress will be presented and communicated to partners companies who will interact when needed.

Next actions will adapt and privilege our participants and partners network.

Who are we?

Internationally accredited school of management, Montpellier Business School regularly partners with IDEA on organizing innovative and transverse actions. This one aims at helping young talents in their professional orientation by working effectively on innovative solutions for different business attractive environments.
This action will help in finding the perfect fit between participants profiles and partner companies needs. Participants will be selected and supervised by our team of coaches in a two weeks sprint. We will cover ambitious strategic goals with multicultural groups in permanent contact with companies professionals.
